〜Officer Training (COT#1)〜

来期の役員研修 (COT#1) について

 

Dear President and VPE

会長・教育担当副会長の皆さま

 

Thank you for the contribution you always extend to the Division F events.

This is to inform you about the Officer Training (COT#1) which will be held in June for new officers (2018~2019).

 

It was announced by the District 76 dated April 9, 2018.

Division F decided the date and the venue as the blow.

We will have another chance to inform you the details once it is decided, therefore it is appreciated if you book this event in your diary.

 

It is no problem to hold the installation Ceremony in June though, the club officer election should be done in May.

Date: June 3, 2018 (Sunday)

Venue: Dawn Center (Temmabashi St)

Program (tentative): 10 am: ACM (President/VPE/VPM)

12~5 pm: Officer Training (all officers)

来期役員用 (2018~2019)の研修（COT#1）のお知らせです。

 

４月９日付でDistrict76より発表がありました。

Division F では次のように準備をすすめています。

詳細については改めておしらせしますので、日程と会場のご確認をお願いいたします。

 

また、役員選挙は５月中に済ませていただけますようお願いいたします。

役員任命式は６月でも大丈夫です。

 

＜COT#1＞

日程：平成30年６月３日（日）

会場：ドーンセンター （天満橋駅）

内容(仮)： 午前10時　ACM （会長、教育担当副会長、会員担当副会長とエリアディレクター）

    午後12時〜5時（役員全員）
